When Vy initially inquired with me and I saw that she was getting married at Terrain Gardens at DelVal, I just knew that it was going to be the most beautiful of days. And I was not wrong! Terrain Gardens is an exquisite venue about one hour outside of Philadelphia. Surrounded by the beauty of florals, fields, and a stunning cafe and shop, I truly can not think of a dreamier place to have a garden party style wedding. Terrain is very intentional about every detail, which was a perfect fit for my sweet bride, Vy.
Vy was made to be a bride. She crafted her wedding day with an incredible amount of thought and planning. Every little detail was chosen for a reason and came together so beautifully. Her bridesmaid dresses were one of my favorite details! Each dress was handpicked by Vy for her specific girls – all different, but all blending together perfectly to create a cohesive pastel & floral vision. I loved the combination of patterned and solid color dresses.
Beyond the details, this was a day filled with love, tradition, and all of the most important things. Vy & Peter changed into their traditional Vietnamese wedding outfits for a portion of the reception. It was so cool to see them honor their heritage and incorporate tradition in this way! They also had some of their closest friends/family sing worship songs during both the ceremony and reception. It was so beautiful and special! Vy and Peter truly made their day their own, with so many little touches that showed their values and personalities – all the way down to the boba tea that they served for dessert and custom Eagles jersey they had everyone sign.
