Emily and Derek’s garden affair was one for the books! The Cypress House is a stunning garden-centered wedding venue that features a beautiful (and uniquely round!) ceremony space and upscale tent reception. They also offer in-house florals, which provides seamless integration for the decor! Emily and Derek were blessed with one of the most beautiful days of the summer for their end of August wedding. Sunshine mixed with a slight breeze made for the perfect environment for their garden-side event.
Emily is a queen of the details and that was showcased throughout the day. From an invitation suite that truly encapsulated the vision for the day, to the features of their dog, Dutton, throughout the reception – their whole day was flawlessly executed and cohesive. I absolutely love florals, so garden weddings are my absolute favorite, and this one was no exception!
In addition to capturing the details, I truly loved the opportunity to spend the day with Emily and Derek’s friends and family. Their bridal party was filled with the kindest humans and I definitely shed tears while her dad gave a speech during the reception. This is a wedding day I won’t forget and that I felt truly blessed to be a part of!
