This one is a SPECIAL one! I have known Brielle since she was about ten years old. I was her small group leader at church in middle and high school. And then she grew up and became an amazing photographer and a second and associate shooter for me! Many of my couples have the pleasure of having her at their wedding. She is wildly talented, but more importantly a wildly wonderful human being.

I can’t begin to express how special it was to capture her marrying the love of her life, Luke, last Saturday! They have been together since they were in high school, so this wedding was a culmination of so many years together, but really the beginning of their lives together as husband and wife.

Brielle chose a beautiful venue – Hazelwood Weddings in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. She featured blush tones and neutrals, which was honestly really fun to see for a November wedding. I was truly obsessed with both the bud vases that she used on all of her tables for florals and the mix matched bridesmaid dresses that she chose for her girls.

I could write a novel about how meaningful this day was. And how lovely both Brielle and Luke are as people. But, I will stick to my two favorite moments of the day. First, Luke’s vows! Brielle and Luke chose to read their vows privately and the ones that he wrote were so thoughtful and loving. I was surely in tears. And then I cried again during the reception when Brielle surprised her mom with a special dance. I just love it when couples make special moments during their day for the people who they love the most.
