Suzie and Josh had a beautiful fall Lancaster wedding at Springside Barn. It was the perfect mix of a warm and shining sun with fall air and foliage – the true magic of October!

There were so many parts of this day to love. The culture meld of her Ukrainian background and his United Kingdom background was so beautiful to witness. One of my favorite parts of photographing weddings is seeing all of the different ways that different cultures celebrate! A huge stand-out from this day was the dessert table (or should I say, tables!). It is traditional at Slavic weddings for the dessert to be next-level, and Suzie’s family certainly pulled it off beautifully. In all of my years as a wedding photographer, I have never seen a more well-done and delicious dessert display!

Another stand out moment from the day was Suzie’s first look with her dad. The raw emotion had me tearing up a little! First looks with dad are always such a sweet moment that gives a bride one last moment to take it all in with the man who loved her first. If you have a special relationship with your dad, this is a special addition to your wedding day to honor that.

I truly loved every moment of this day! Congratulations to the Ords!!
