I met Hope when I was living on the Carolina coast. We both were living in a sleepy beach town and would take walks up and down the beach together, chatting about all things life. As a wedding photographer, the conversation often turned to weddings and the dreams that Hope had for her wedding to Andrew someday. It was so cool to be a part of those dreams becoming a reality!

Hope loved the idea of having an intimate, backyard wedding celebration. She truly could not have done a better job of making that vision a reality! Her family lives in Saratoga Springs, New York – so that became the backdrop for the most stunning fall wedding day. Hope got ready at the Adelphi Hotel, we did some portraits at Congress Park, and then traveled to her parents property for their ceremony and reception.

Their cocktail hour was the coolest pool-side vibe and their reception tent was so classy and well put together. I loved the long tables that they used for their guests seating! Hope and Andrew featured a craft brew from Carolina Brewery, which was a special nod to the state that the couple where the couple met and settled down. They also had the most robust and well thought out dessert table! I loved the donut stand that spelled out their wedding date and name.

This was truly the best day with the best people. Congratulations to the Bergens!
