This is the part where I’m supposed to tell you that I’ve had a camera in my hand since I was five years old; that I’d always dreamed of being a photographer. 

But, I’d rather be real with you. I stumbled into this. I bought a super cheap camera from a shady Craigslist ad when I was in college. Just playing around turned into me actually understanding what I was doing and really enjoying it. Before I knew it, free photo shoots of my friends turned into being asked to shoot a wedding for a couple whose photographer backed out last minute. And that’s when I fell in love. I may not have dreamt of it forever, but I sure did stumble upon my dream.
